Welcome to the Figarella Foundation
The Figarella Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to making ADHD understood — plainly, warmly, and without shame. We publish clear, evidence-based articles about how the ADHD brain actually works, written for the people living with it and the people who love them.
Why we exist
Too many people spend fifteen, twenty, even thirty years being told they are lazy, careless, or “not trying hard enough” before anyone explains what is really happening to them. Children should not have to wait that long — and neither should their parents. Our mission is simple: to put the understanding that changes a life within reach today, not decades from now.
Everything here is free to read, in English, Spanish, and French. None of it is medical advice — it is the map we wish someone had handed us sooner.
